WELDING ROD – KISWELL

WELDING ROD – KISWELL

Kiswel K-7018 welding rod is a low-hydrogen electrode built for high-tensile steel welding in structural and industrial applications. With smooth arc performance and excellent toughness, it’s ideal for critical welding jobs in demanding environments.

The Kiswel K-7018 welding rod is a premium low-hydrogen, iron powder electrode ideal for welding 490 MPa class high-tensile structural steels. Engineered for critical applications such as shipbuilding, bridges, heavy machinery, and storage tanks, it offers exceptional weld integrity, smooth arc stability, and superior mechanical strength. This electrode is known for producing minimal spatter, excellent slag removal, and smooth, clean weld beads with strong radiographic soundness.

K-7018 is suitable for all position welding (flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead) and performs reliably on both AC and DC(+) currents. Its outstanding impact strength at low temperatures makes it ideal for structural steel applications where toughness and durability are required. The electrode is widely recognized for its consistent performance in both manual and automated welding setups, even in challenging industrial environments.
