Devcon Aluminum Putty is a machinable, aluminum‑filled epoxy putty engineered for durable and corrosion-resistant repairs on cast aluminum, metal, and concrete substrates. This two-part formulation bonds securely to a wide range of materials and effectively fills pores, cracks, and voids up to 0.75″ deep, ensuring long-term structural integrity. With a convenient 60-minute working time and full cure in approximately 16 hours at room temperature (or 4 hours with heat), it achieves a Shore D hardness of around 85 and a compressive strength of about 8,420 psi. Once cured, the putty can be drilled, tapped, milled, and shaped, making it ideal for precision restoration and finishing in industrial environments.
