Graflon (PTFE graphite Packing)

This versatile high performance packing is plaited from GRAPHITE FILLED EXPANDED PTFE YARN. Due to this unique combination this packing has high thermal conductivity, low coefficient of thermal expansion, lubricity, low friction, minimum shaft wear and universal chemical resistance. The packing is non hardening. Extremely suitable for slurry applications

Service Recommendations :
For centrifugal, rotary pumps, agitators, mixers and low pressure valves, handling chemicals, caustics, acids, solvents, dyes, white and black liquor, oils, pulp and paper, abrasive materials etc.

Not Recommended For Fluorine, Strong Oxidsing Agents, Fuming Nitric Acid, Oleum, Aqua Regia.
